Skill accessibility is inherently linked to a Mushro's rarity and level, delineating a tiered progression of abilities:

Active Skill

• Accessible: Unveiled from level 1

• Availability: Across all rarity tiers

• Activation: Can be manually activated by collecting enough Energy in Battle

Passive Skill 1

• Unlocked: Attainable at level 11

• Applicability: Extending across all rarity tiers

Passive Skill 2

• Available: Accessible upon reaching level 21

• Reserved For: Rare and Epic rarity tiers

Passive Skill 3

• Unveiled: Emerge at level 41

• Exclusive To: Legendary and Unique rarity tiers
