# Rothound

Made of pure rot, the **Rothound** moves with the wind, its billowy smoke visible from miles around. An unlucky few have encountered the **Rothound** firsthand, once terrorized by its threatening gaze, they are unable to even speak of it.

* Active Ability - Howl

  The **Rothound** howls. For 5 seconds, enemies have their attack speed reduced by 50%, and the **Rothound** gains 50% attack speed.
* Passive Ability - Lust for Blood

  The **Rothound** always targets the creature with the lowest health and kills any hero they damage that is below 10% of their maximum hit point&#x73;**.**
