**Plague of Locusts**
Locusts cover the screen, giving 5 stacks of plague to all enemies. Every second, an enemy affected by plague takes damage equal to 1% (0.5% against bosses) of their maximum health PER stack of plague and it is reduced by 1. minimum damage per stack : 1% of Deva's maximum HP. When an enemy dies, their plague is transferred to a random other enemy.
