Order status

There are five possible statuses for an order.

  1. Pending Payment This is the status for the orders that are created but not deposited yet.

    • There can be only one Pending Payment order maximum at any time in an account.

    • You cannot create a new order if there is a Pending Payment order.

    • Once deposited successfully the Pending Payment order will be changed to Queued.

  2. Queued These are orders that had been created successfully and queued for execution. The orders will get executed when the price condition is met.

  3. Completed Orders executed successfully are regarded as completed.

  4. Failed Orders couldn’t be executed due to several reasons within the number of tries set for them are failed orders. There can be various reasons for failure such as insufficient token balance in your account or network failure.

  5. Canceled These are orders canceled by the user.
