All the Balances are only in BNB. Other tokens remain in the wallet and are used when the orders are actually executed. Only BNBs are taken from your wallet and move to your account.
Account Balance is the total balance available in your account. Account Balance = Locked Balance + Unlocked Balance The unit of the balance is BNB on the BNB chain.
Locked Balance is the amount of BNBs locked in your account. This is the sum of the BNB amount locked for all the queue orders including BNBs related with the limit orders or gas fees.
Unlocked Balance is the amount of BNBs that are not tied to any orders and can be withdrawn at any time. These are the BNBs from the canceled orders, or remaining gas fees from the successful orders. For example, if you created a limit order with 5 tries, and it’s successful with the first try, the gas fee for the remaining 4 tries will move to the unlocked balance. This unlocked balance amount can be used to automatically deposit the Pending Payment
order and change it to Queued
.
Sometimes you created orders but didn’t deposit the money yet due to various reasons such as you don’t have enough BNB for the order. You can pay the pending payment with the Deposit Now button.
There can be only one underpaid order at any time. You cannot create a new order if there’s an unpaid order.
If there is a pending payment order, the dashboard will show the required deposit amount to activate the order, order type and the order hash.
You can also find the order from the My Orders
table by filtering by Order Status
.
